Yes! Every piece is carefully handcrafted by JAYAjewellery. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, pattern, or shape make every piece unique.
What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is made using a combination of natural gemstones, wood, coconut beads, shell, polymer clay, stainless steel, bronze, sterling silver (for selected items), and other carefully chosen materials. Each product description lists the exact materials used.
Can I request a different size?
Absolutely! Many necklaces and bracelets can be adjusted. If you need a different length or size, simply leave a note during checkout or contact us before placing your order.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
No. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We are happy to discuss custom sizes or small design modifications whenever possible. Feel free to contact us before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times and shipping estimates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number whenever tracking is available.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
