Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
Please note that tracking is not included for orders shipped with free shipping (Western EU). If you would like a tracked shipment, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide you with a quote for the upgrade.
For all other shipping zones, a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
Customs & Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
