Right of Withdrawal Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refund Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Personalised Products Custom or personalised jewellery pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, return shipping costs are covered by us. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect.
